Our PCR test costs $150, $175 for same day, insurance not accepted. The results can be used as proof of testing for events and travel, except for Hawaii.
Just let us know when you need your results, and we’ll ensure you’ll get them in time. Test results include a QR code to the results for your convenience.
If you are feeling symptoms or have had known exposure, our test is no-cost-to-patient for people with insurance! All you have to do is show up to our Poway testing location with your insurance card.
If you don't have insurance, no problem. We also charge a flat rate for our tests. We do not accept insurance for travel.

All the results are stored in a HIPAA compliant database. This means only you, your doctor, and people who have your authorized disclosure will have access to the results. You will get your results via a secure code sent to your email.
Yes. Due to the Public Health Emergency and under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, insurance companies are required to cover COVID-19 testing if you are experiencing symptoms or exposed to COVID-19. It is not accepted for travel.
A test for walk-ins is free with insurance or $125. You can get same day results for an extra $50. Please make sure to bring your insurance card as we will need a copy for billing purposes.
Yes, our nurses are trained to swab children as young as two years old. We also have non-invasive swabs per your request.
Nope! All you need to do is show up at our location between 8am-5pm, and we will have someone assist you. Make sure to bring an insurance card if you have insurance.
PCR tests detect the virus’ genetic material and are considered the gold standard for COVID-19 testing. They are 99.5% accurate.
PCR tests have a high specificity and sensitivity, which means it can correctly identify the virus we’re looking for in your sample AND detect the infection from minuscule amounts of the virus.
